In rev. 4077, Sidnei added content-encoding sniffing – I suspect from
``Products.PageTemplates`` – which actually removes any <meta
http-equiv ..> tag from the template.
It begs the question why not leave it in place; but there may be
powers at play I don't know about. Can you clarify, Sidnei?
